Is everything in My Files private?
Yes. Files in My Files are visible only to you — not your team, not your contacts — until you choose to share something (that's what Shared Files is for).
Can I scan a drawing or document with my phone?
Yes. Photograph a drawing, invoice, or delivery note and the built-in scanner crops and straightens it into a clean PDF or photo. You can also upload PDFs, images, and office files, and preview PDFs and images right in the app.
