By using MechCircle, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
MechCircle is currently operated by Mech Source, Bangalore, India (C/o Mech Source, 15/28/B, G J Industrial Area, Doddakallasandra, Bangalore - 560062), with a dedicated MechCircle entity planned for the future.
Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use MechCircle for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another company’s or user’s data without authorization
- Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the platform
- Impersonate another person or company
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (tasks, messages, files, business documents). You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you upload, including with your Connected contacts.
Subscription Tiers
MechCircle offers a Free tier and paid tiers with additional features. Feature availability may change as the platform develops. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes affecting your account.
Service Availability
We aim to keep MechCircle reliable and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We use error monitoring (via Sentry) to identify and fix issues as quickly as possible.
Limitation of Liability
MechCircle is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using MechCircle at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
