MechCircle is an RFQ (request for quotation) platform that helps manufacturing buyers manage their suppliers and customers, send RFQs, and track related communication.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the company, contact, and RFQ information you enter.
RFQ details (part names, quantities, materials, notes) and any files you upload (e.g. drawings) are stored so you can view and manage them, and so they can be included when you send an RFQ or message by email.
GST number, address, certifications, payment terms, and bank details for a company are self-entered by that company once they register on the platform, and editable only by them. You can attach private notes to these fields for your own reference — notes are visible only to you, never to the company they're about.
