What we collect

• Your company's details (name, GST number, address, and similar) and your own name and email
• Customer and supplier company and contact information you add
• RFQ content: part names, quantities, materials, delivery dates, and notes
• Files you upload, such as drawings
• Messages and other communication you send through the platform

How we use it

Solely to operate MechCircle for you — storing and displaying your data, and sending emails you explicitly initiate (like an RFQ or message).

Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Self-entered fields and private notes

A company's GST number, address, certifications, payment terms, and bank details are self-entered by that company once they register, and editable only by them. You, as the buyer, can attach private notes to these fields for your own reference — these notes are never shown to the company they're about.
