Share Files, the Simple Way
Share a drawing or a document straight from your own files — with a colleague, or with a customer, supplier or consultant you are connected to. Nothing is copied or attached: they see the file that is in your folder, so there is only ever one of it.
How to use it
Pick a file — or a whole folder — from My Files and choose who it goes to. It appears in their Shared Files straight away. Someone you share with can pass it on to their own contacts, and you always see the full list of who ended up with it and who added them. Take anyone off and everyone they added goes with them.

Sharing a file or folder never copies it — the original always stays in your own My Files. Revoke access anytime.
